250g Selected Darjeeling (Black Tea) with a fine flowery bouquet and 250g malty rich Assam (Black Tea) from the estate Tonganagaon. The gift set comes in a box that resembles a wooden tea chest. Both the teas are of certified organic origin. (organic inspection agency DE-ÖKO-005)

Preparation
Selected Darjeeling:
Bring 500ml fresh tap water to a boil and pour over the tea (approx. 4g). Let the tea steep for around 3-5 minutes. Pour through a tea strainer before serving.
Assam Second Flush:
