Shipping information
Here you will find the general information about our shipping procedure. In order to ensure that you will be presented with the correct prices in our online shop kindly select the country of delivery in the upper right corner.
Delivery
To help you save money and reduce packaging material we only ship complete orders as soon as all the teas in your order are available to us. Depending on the time of harvest and transport to Europe, the new harvests are available for delivery at different times. For your delivery times, please refer to the product listing in your order summary.
In case of delivery to Norway, please be aware that this might result in additional costs that are outside of our scope and knowledge and have to be borne solely by you. This includes for example transfer fees charged by banking institutes (transfer charges, exchange fees) or import duties or taxes (customs). - Shipping within Germany (mainland): free for order value above € 100.00,
up to an order value of € 99.99: € 5.50
Shipping within Germany (mainland) for an order consisting only of books and DVDs will also be free of charge for you. - Austria: €9.90
- France (mainland + Corsica): €12.90
- Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Monaco, Poland: 16,40 €
- Denmark, Italy, Sweden (closest droppoint), Spain (mainland+Balearic Islands), Czech Republic, Hungary: 17,00 €
- Finland (closest droppoint), Greece: 18,90 €
- Ireland, Portugal: 17,80 €
- Canary Islands: 26,00 €
