Delivery

To help you save money and reduce packaging material we only ship complete orders as soon as all the teas in your order are available to us. Depending on the time of harvest and transport to Europe, the new harvests are available for delivery at different times. For your delivery times, please refer to the product listing in your order summary.

In case of delivery to Norway, please be aware that this might result in additional costs that are outside of our scope and knowledge and have to be borne solely by you. This includes for example transfer fees charged by banking institutes (transfer charges, exchange fees) or import duties or taxes (customs). *GoGreen Plus is a service that supports the decarbonization efforts within the Deutsche Post and DHL logistics network. By using alternative fuels and technologies, Deutsche Post and DHL reduce the consumption of fossil fuels in transport operations and in the buildings used to handle GoGreen Plus shipments. This does not necessarily mean that a specific shipment is physically transported by vehicles or processed through facilities using these fuels or technologies.
