Payment options

Invoice

If you choose this payment option, we ask you to pay within 14 (fourteen) days after receipt of the invoice, unless mutually otherwise agreed upon. Please be informed that we reserve the right to conduct a credit assessment for this form of payment. In case of a negatory outcome we may refuse this payment method.

Direct debit

In case you choose the payment method SEPA direct debit you consent to a transfer of money between your and our bank. We will issue a mandate with all the necessary details about the direct debit and send a pre-notification before pulling the payment. Regulary payment is due within 14 days after date of invoice and we will not pull the money before that date. It is a very safe method of payment within the Single Euro Payment Area as  you have 13 months to ask for a refund in case of an unauthorised payment. Any failed payment due to insufficient deposit or incorrect information from your side will result in additional costs that have to be borne by you.


 

PayPal

Payment of the invoice amount is made via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe)S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, in agreement to the PayPal terms of use, which can be viewed at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/useragreement-full or - if the customer does not have a PayPal account - under the terms and conditions for payments without a PayPal account, which can be viewed at https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/pui-terms?locale.x=en

This payment method is only offered for orders that qualify for immediate delivery.
