The Selected Darjeeling is a blend of black teas selected with expertise and care from different harvests and combined into a harmonious blend. Its flavour is somewhat stronger than the First Flush, but lighter than the Second Flush.

Preparation
Bring 500ml fresh tap water to a boil and pour over the tea (approx. 4g). Let the tea steep for around 3-5 minutes. Pour through a tea strainer before serving.
