The Selected Darjeeling is a blend of black teas selected with expertise and care from different harvests and combined into a harmonious blend. Its flavour is somewhat stronger than the First Flush, but lighter than the Second Flush.
In November 2023, the magazine ÖkoTest presented its test results for teas from Darjeeling. Although ÖkoTest only included our Selected Darjeeling in the test, this Selected achieved the top score in the quality assessment. In addition, our Selected was by far the cheapest tea among the teas rated ‘very good’ and ‘good’.

Preparation
Bring 500ml fresh tap water to a boil and pour over the tea (approx. 4g). Let the tea steep for around 3-5 minutes. Pour through a tea strainer before serving.
