COVID-19-Pandemic
At present the pandemic still disrupts supply chains and there is a scarcity of containers for sea freight causing delays in shipments. On top of that the Indian certifier Control Union Certifications put further obstacles in the way of additional formalities for organic products. With regards to that our Darjeeling Second Flush Single Estate teas will arrive much later than expected.
New IT-system
You probably have noticed already: Teekampagne comes with a new internet design and with a new online shop - we hope you like them!
Behind the scenes we completely overhauled our IT-infrastructure to a new ERP-system. During this transitional period we could not feed new orders into the system so we have a backlog that we work on to deliver all your teas as soon as possible. We are sorry for any delays and thank you for your patience!
Darjeeling Earl Grey
Due to the time of harvest in Calabria/Italy the organic pure oil of the bergamot will only be availabe by early spring. As soon as we get hold onto the precious oil we will start to produce this tea treasure once more. By the end of March we expect that our Darjeeling Earl Grey will be available again.
Teekampagne welcomes that you get together with friends, neighbours, colleagues and family to order your tea.
