250g Assam Second Flush (Black Tea) and 250g refreshing and Darjeeling First Flush. The gift set comes in a green box. Both the teas are of certified organic origin. (organic inspection agency DE-ÖKO-005)

Preparation
Selected Darjeeling:
Bring 500ml fresh tap water to a boil and pour over the tea (approx. 4g). Let the tea steep for around 3-5 minutes. Pour through a tea strainer before serving.
Green Darjeeling:
Boil fresh tap water and let it cool to 70 to 80 °C by simply letting it stand for about 10 minutes. For one pot of approx. 500ml, pour hot water over the amount of a tablespoon of tea leaves (approx. 4g) and leave the open pot to steep for approx. 2 minutes. Strain tea and enjoy!
