Have you ever tried a Chai with Darjeeling? A delicious treat for chilly days.
Put two cups of water into a saucepan, add a stick of cinnamon (about one inch long)
6-8 green cardomom pods, 6-8 whole cloves, 2/3 cup milk, sugar to taste (approx. 6 tsp. sugar)
bring it to a boil and afterwards let it simmer for 10 minutes, turn off the heat and add 3 teaspoon Selected Darjeeling
After 2 minutes strain the tea, serve it and enjoy!
